This Week at ACM - Maryland State Delegate Pamela G. Beidle Discusses Community Association Insurance and Legislation

ACM hosted its 4th quarterly Board Seminar of 2014 this past Wednesday, featuring special guest speaker, Pamela G. Beidle, Maryland State Delegate for District 32, and owner/agent of Beidle Insurance Agency.

Delegate Beidle, who serves on the Environmental Matters Committee and the Housing and Real Property Subcommittee, presented Board members with a summary of 2014 legislation, while offering a preview of what’s in store for 2015.  Ms. Beidle also reviewed practical information about Condo law and how it is applied.

In addition to serving as a Maryland State Delegate, Ms. Beidle has been a licensed professional in the insurance industry since 1977.  She shared her wealth of knowledge and experience with all types of insurance matters, answering many questions from the audience.

 

Board members greatly appreciated this learning opportunity.  One Condominium Association Board member commented that the seminar  “content answered many age old questions!”  Another appreciated the “examples to analyze and learn from.”
