Our History




ACM was founded in 2001 by merging two management companies in the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area, each with more than 15 years' experience in the commercial and residential community association management industry. Over the past decade, ACM has distinguished itself as one of the most prominent management firms in the state, servicing more than 25,000 households, 200 residential properties and a half-million square feet of commercial office condominium space.
