The eUnify website will streamline communications and allow for maximum efficiency by combining the functions of the ACM Home and SenEarthCo systems. Once implemented, eUnify will host community portals for each of ACM's client communities. Board members, unit owners and ACM staff will be able to use their community portal to communicate, perform tasks, access documents, post announcements and more. eUnify is currently in the demo phase and will be implemented during Fall 2016.
ACM uses the HomeWiseDocs website to process resale requests, questionnaires and lender information. HomeWiseDocs provides secure, reliable, around-the-clock online access to all governing documents and critical project data for lenders, escrow and title companies, real estate agents and homeowners. ACM uses CoreLogic's JenArk software system to maintain, manage and track property management information on all of ACM's client communities and unit owners. This system was designed specifically for the community management industry and allows ACM's Accounting Department to accurately and securely house unit owners' property and community information through a centralized database, accessible online 24 hours per day. ACM uses the Union Bank/Smartstreet software system to process unit owners' assessment payments automatically, with no additional banking fees or charges. Unit owners can use Union Bank/Smartstreet to conveniently make electronic dues payments directly to the association’s account. Union Bank/Smartstreet also offers a highly advanced lockbox service that captures pertinent information from paper checks and automatically deposits funds into the association’s account the same day they are received. All Community and Property Managers at ACM are issued company tablets for use during Board meetings, property inspections and other field work. These managers use the mobile HandTeq application to generate reports during property inspections, which include details on violations in the community, photographs, unit addresses, recommendations and more.
