ACM's Client Portal is getting a Makeover!

ACM is excited to announce the launch of an improved and updated version of!  On December 8th, will have a new look, including a user friendly interface and easier access via your mobile devices.  We have added some great new features and improved all the current features residents rely upon, such as announcements, community news and bill pay. Please be sure to visit, and sign in using your current login credentials, to view your community's site.

This Week at ACM - Maryland State Delegate Pamela G. Beidle Discusses Community Association Insurance and Legislation

ACM hosted its 4th quarterly Board Seminar of 2014 this past Wednesday, featuring special guest speaker, Pamela G. Beidle, Maryland State Delegate for District 32, and owner/agent of Beidle Insurance Agency.

Delegate Beidle, who serves on the Environmental Matters Committee and the Housing and Real Property Subcommittee, presented Board members with a summary of 2014 legislation, while offering a preview of what’s in store for 2015.  Ms. Beidle also reviewed practical information about Condo law and how it is applied.

In addition to serving as a Maryland State Delegate, Ms. Beidle has been a licensed professional in the insurance industry since 1977.  She shared her wealth of knowledge and experience with all types of insurance matters, answering many questions from the audience.
Board members greatly appreciated this learning opportunity.  One Condominium Association Board member commented that the seminar  “content answered many age old questions!”  Another appreciated the “examples to analyze and learn from.”

ACM Staff Attend the Annual CAI Chesapeake Chapter Expo

ACM staff members attended the Chesapeake Chapter of CAI's Annual Expo on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. This years topic was "Since Strangling is Not an Option...Creating Positive Strategies for Dealing with Difficult People." The session was taught by a representative of Dale Carnegie and was very well attended by management companies, vendors and community association residents!
