Best Wishes to June Jackson, Senior Vice President

Dear Board Members:

With over 15 years of dedicated service to the communities we serve June Jackson our Senior Vice President has accepted an opportunity to further her career and will be leaving ACM this Friday May 2nd.


June has had a remarkable career here at ACM. She was originally hired as a Community Association Manager and through the years of hard work, dedication and professionalism became ACM’s Senior Vice President of Community Association Management. In this role she was responsible for the efforts of the team of Community Managers as the company grew to over 200 Communities served.

We wish June continued success.

In the upcoming weeks we will be again reaching out with our on going plans for growth and our efforts to better serve the communities we manage

ACM Hosts 2nd Quarterly Board Seminar


ACM looks forward to hosting our 2nd quarterly Board Member Series seminar next week - "Now I'm on the Board...What Next?"

The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, May 1, 2014 with two sessions being offered - 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in ACM's Hanover office. We will also be offering a webinar summary on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 2:00 PM.

We are excited that more than 60 association Board members will be joining us on-site and via webinar featuring special guest Ursula Koenig Burgess, Attorney at Law with Rees Broome PC along with a panel of Community Association Managers and Board members.

Ellen has earned her BA in Accounting from Long Island University and her MBA from Johns Hopkins University. She has 20 years experience working in the Accounting field and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Welcome, Ellen!

New Employee Spotlight

We welcome Chrystie Nicholson in the role of Executive Office Assistant, where she will provide administrative support to our companies in the Timonium office. Chrystie recently worked in the health care industry as a departmental director for a local MCO.  Prior to her recent position in health care,  she served as a mental health counselor, and later as a human resources representative, for non profit agencies in the Baltimore area.  She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2005 and is currently working towards a certificate in secondary education.  Welcome aboard, Chrystie!
