Going Green: Delinquents to Dollars....Pearls of Wisdom from the Experts
ACM
is pleased to present:
"Going
Green: Delinquents to Dollars....Pearls of Wisdom from the Experts"
The
seminar will include a panel of esteemed attorneys who specialize in
the industry. We
will highlight the current best practices and procedures for
safeguarding your association against excessive cash shortfalls
resulting from delinquencies. As you know, failure to implement and
enforce your association's collections policy and escalate accounts
when necessary can lead to several issues including lack of cash to
maintain your association's common elements and meet obligations
which can in turn effect the value of your community.
To
accommodate your busy schedules, we are offering two dates:
Wednesday,
March 20, 2013 (6:00-8:00 pm) and; Friday, March 22, 2013 (1:00-3:00
pm)
Representatives
from the following firms will be present as follows:
Wednesday,
March 20, 2013 (6:00-8:00 pm)
- Law Office of Cynthia Hitt-Kent, LLC
- Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd
- The Law Offices of Gregory Alexandrides, LLC
- Nagle & Zaller, P.C.
- Elmore, Throop & Young, P.C.
- Michael S. Neall & Associates, P. C.
- Rees Broome, PC
Contact
Amanda Lande to register at alande@communitymanagers.net
with your name, association and desired date for attendance. Due to
limited space, RSVPs are required by Friday, March 15, 2013. Please

ACM Implements New Online Bill Payment System
We
are excited to announce that ACM is implementing A
NEW ONLINE BILL PAYMENT (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SYSTEM, AVID XCHANGE)!
This
system will enable vendors to submit bills electronically or via a
PO Box and will then
automatically forward the invoices to our management team for approval.
The site also has image capture and search capability making images
of invoices and history available at your fingertips. It only
requires a log-in using your email address and then takes just a few
clicks to approve (as well as add comments or dispute) invoices. As
it is integrated with ACM's accounting system, it will also improve the
turn-around time of check processing on our end. In addition, it will make
audit fieldwork easier. As a result, it is our hope that auditors
will pass-through some cost savings. We are excited to begin using
this new system and making our management services even more
efficient!
