We are excited to announce that ACM is implementing A NEW ONLINE BILL PAYMENT (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SYSTEM, AVID XCHANGE)!
This system will enable vendors to submit bills electronically or via a PO Box and will then automatically forward the invoices to our management team for approval. The site also has image capture and search capability making images of invoices and history available at your fingertips. It only requires a log-in using your email address and then takes just a few clicks to approve (as well as add comments or dispute) invoices. As it is integrated with ACM's accounting system, it will also improve the turn-around time of check processing on our end. In addition, it will make audit fieldwork easier. As a result, it is our hope that auditors will pass-through some cost savings. We are excited to begin using this new system and making our management services even more efficient!
