ACM Community Manager Team Meeting Highlights

Annual inspections were on everyone’s minds at ACM’s Community Manager’s meeting this week. In keeping with our mission to take advantage of the latest technology for streamlining information and processes, Managers shared updates with team members.

Below, Property Management Administrator, Heather Griffing, shares how to use an iPad Inspection App to make property inspections run more quickly and efficiently.

 

 

Shown below here, Community Manager, Ruth Angell shares a new form she designed to make the Annual Community Inspections process quicker, easier and more efficient both in the field and in the data entry phase.

 

 
The program portion of the meeting (pictured below) featured Guest Speaker Nicole Williams, Esquire, of Hileman and Williams P.C. who advised the C.M. Team on proper interpretation, as well as legislative updates within Maryland’s Condominium and HOA Acts.
