iPads Distributed to ACM Community and Property Managers
Today is iPad distribution day at ACM!
All Community and Property Managers received an iPad mini tablet
device to be used to assist with property visits/inspections and
while at association Board meetings. ACM has worked with Handteq, a
local company providing mobile solutions for Community and Property Management firms, in the development of a property inspection app
made specifically for ACM staff. ACM's Property Managers will begin
using this app to conduct quarterly inspections of ACM's
associations, included at no additional cost with our Full Community
Management level of service. As we continue to use this app, other
forms will be developed for use by Community Managers and Board
members!
SenEarthCo, the online management
system utilized by ACM, also has an app that Community Managers will
be able to use while conducting bi-weekly property visits of
associations to include violation inspections. The use of the tablets
will streamline ACM's services making our company more efficient all
while saving the association administrative expenses!
