Client Referral Credit
All Board members, homeowners, partners and friends of American Community Management (ACM) can earn a referral credit from ACM for the successful referral of a new client. Condominiums, HOAs, co-ops and commercial properties are all eligable! To earn a referral credit quickly and easily, follow these steps:
1.) Identify a community association in need of a new management company.
2.) Reach out to Tony Franquiz at afranquiz@communitymanagers.net with the community's name and Board member contact information.
3.) A client referral credit will be applied once the new community officially becomes a client of ACM!
