July Community Manager Team Meeting Highlights

Community Managers put on their legal thinking caps this morning at July’s Team Meeting.  The first half of the meeting featured guest presenters, Craig Zaller and Scott Silverman, of Nagle and Zaller, P.C., who spoke to the managers  about the collections process.

They offered many practical ideas for increasing assessment collections, while cautioning the importance of being aware of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

During the second half of the meeting, President and Owner, Mel Herzberger, sat down with the team to review ACM’s Management Agreement, providing a detailed look at the foundation of our services to our clients.
